tut-tut -- I'm not necessarily being that critical. Nothing in this building site is unregulated, and I don't really have any marked opinion about it.
Sure, it's sad to see the nice field I drove to work by covered with houses, but then again, isn't it more environmentally-friendly to have people living near where they work?

We have this blot on the landscape here too. Since when did unregulated building begin to pass as economic growth??

I actually took this picture from my car, while stuck in some traffic jam caused by all of the "travaux" going on in Rodez.
a new road....more traffic for you to get caught up in! Yee gads....
