Bonne année!

This piercing blue sky shone over the Causse Méjean in the Lozère department on January 1st, 2008.

I hope it brings all of my readers a very happy and healthy New Year.

Meilleurs voeux!

Bonne Annee, Betty! Wishing you a year of profound happiness, health and wealth.

Beautiful photo. That sky looks like it is cut from a cloth of Provence blue. Love that the fence bits are showing. The darkness of the wood adds a lot of depth to the composition.

Oh yes, on January 1st we were on the TGV coming back to Montpellier from Paris and the gray finally lifted... I was so happy to see that blue.

Bonne année Betty! Best to you in 2008.

Betty,

I was just tidying up my link list and realized that somehow your blog had "fallen off"...or did I never put it up? I certainly intended to; you didn't ask me not to put a link from blueVicar.com, did you? My brain is more and more like a sieve these days. At any rate, I've added it now; if you would like me to remove, just let me know!

Lovely images...makes me homesick...but happy too.

Meilleurs voeux!!
