bath salts? candies? Regardless, lovely colors. I'd like to toss a handful into the air.

My kind of picture, I love it :)
As to your question on my blog, la Fouzetterie is the name of my parent's house. It is near Brousse le Chateau.

I figured it was down in the uncharted territory (for me) of "le Sud Aveyron!"

No, no, I disagree. It is totally annoying when you can't figure out what it is. N'importe quoi. If you can't eat it, I'm not interested. Probably some silly stuff you put in the bathtub. I don't even have a g.d. bathtub. OK, I admit it, I copied the photo into photoshop and tried to improve the definition enough so I could read the print on nimportequoi.com. I'm such a dork.

Lovely candy! (I cheated and looked at the name of the file otherwise might have ventured into bath salts or beads)

Betty, I am planning a vacation to Aveyron next summer with my mother, daughter and sister. I would love to find someone who's brain I could pick for info regarding cottage rental, wines, small villages, shopping (antiques, food markets, etc)
If you are willing to share any info with me I would appreciate it.I can be reached at travellady@centurytel.net
Thanks in advance for any insights

Hello, Betty! I just read your comment on my blog the other day, and thought I would say thanks for the note! I'm actually an English Assistant, from Georgia (US). I arrived in Rodez on Wednesday, and have been enjoying discovering what it has to offer. As for the school(s) I will be working at, I've heard that those decisions have yet to be made...so for the instant I'm staying at a Foyer and trying to figure out a more permanent living situation. I've enjoyed perusing your blog, and hope you'll keep up with mine, if you want.

It is little packs of sugar! I have some too. My belle-mere bought a huge box and gave some to us. I am not sure if they really sugar things up though, if you know what I mean...

papadesdeux, if you had been as smart as spacedlaw you could have figured out that it WAS something to eat...but spaced, it's no fair cheating!

Ashley, I don't know if I'd ever buy any of these but they sure are pretty.
