This is not only France, it is Rodez. It is the neighborhood I work in. I drive down this street every day, into my educational institution's underground parking lot.
Did you all think it was all just old stones? This is Rodez's little "La Défense." And I actually quite like it.

See my above comment. It's the modern part of Rodez, the neighborhood I work in. The city planners forgot the trees, I guess.
