Eloi Pélissier was certainly the name of the mechanic who ran the place. Carrosserie is a coach-builder or repairperson -- I'm not sure if that is the correct American word -- they build and repair car bodies.
I especially took this because of the phone number, which nobody really seemed to notice. I think it is the last trace of two-digit phone numbers in Rodez.
