Looking up in Paris 1

One of the great things about my current professional situation is that I get to fly up to Paris for meetings three or four times a year.

My time in the capital city is always limited, and most of it is spent in a windowless conference room. But I always try to make the most of the business trip by stopping off at a café before and after my meeting.

Sorry to be missing in action for a few days.

But seriously, could you make any more envious? LOL. I could use a trip to Paris once an year:) But I can totally relate to your comment about spending the entire day in a windowless office. That does not sound like fun.

About the comment you posted on my blog, the guy in the T-shirt is my son. He completed his undergraduate degree. The other guy is my nephew. He just completed his MBA. We rented a boat to celebrate the graduation. Here they are trying synchronized diving! Kinda makes me wonder why we spent all the money on education:) Just kidding!

Sorry my comment is so long!

I think it's frequent, little trips that let us get to know a place.... Unfortunately, they usually are work related. (That's how I got to know Barcelona)
